		<description>I can totally relate to the whole humidity thing. It's such a nightmare. To try and overcome this by using ganache under the fondant; using cornflour on my boards when I roll out the fondant and I tend to knead in a bit of cornflour to the fondant as well. If it is really humid I use vodka instead of water to "paint" food colours on - it evaporates with out leaving that sticky residue.
Keep up the great work! It looks great despite being too hard on yourself. Chin up you did well! :)</description>

Make sure to use a fine recipe, like a pound cake that's firm but doesn't feel overly dense or dry.</description>
